Within 3 hours of 4D Monitoring engineers arriving on site, each building had been taken online with 67 sensors installed.

Multiple issues with plant room equipment were identified immediately – problems that would have been very difficult to spot through normal interrogation of the Building Management System (BMS).

For example, two Air Handling Units were overriding the BMS strategy and not operating inline with building occupancy times.
