Via 4D Monitoring’s cloud-based portal, access asset performance data and occupier environment metrics in real time, or wind back the clock to see historical trends. This information is intuitive, easy to understand and immediately accessible no matter where you are, removing barriers to quick, data-led decision-making.


With intuitive data to hand, site managers and service providers can ensure temperatures are kept to agreed levels and the energy-consuming plant is operating to agreed timescales.

Automate to improve speed to resolution

Our system will issue an alert as soon as an issue is detected, and can even raise a work ticket in your chosen CAFM solution, to ensure immediate action is taken to resolve the issue. We also track each issue to ensure it is resolved and can report on how long it takes to resolve, to help improve the time to resolution in the future.

Knowledge Base

At Mayfair Office, a high-end multi-tenant building in London, 4D Monitoring deployed wireless temperature sensors across key zones to investigate recurring comfort complaints and high energy use.

The data revealed temperature fluctuations between floors and extended heating runtimes outside normal operating hours. By adjusting setpoints and rebalancing airflow using the live temperature data, the FM team restored stability and reduced wasted energy.
