What to expect

01 Discovery Call

A short chat to understand your building and goals — energy, comfort, compliance, risk. We note key plant, schedules, constraints (access, IT, H&S) and what you want to see in the portal.

02 Light Site Walk

We review drawings/BMS info and, if helpful, do a quick walk-through. This confirms measurement points, sensor locations, network approach, and any site requirements — all with minimal disruption.

03 Tailored Plan

You’ll receive a clear, one-page scope: what we’ll monitor, where sensors go, how data flows, commissioning steps, roles, and an indicative timeline. We then book install and set up your live portal.
